Our mission is creating oils and sauces that elevate your sandwiches, salads, and sautés from simple to well-seasoned and memorable meals. Founded by Wanake Scheaffer, a visionary African American woman with a passion for cooking and a dream of sharing her flavorful creations with the world. What started as a small venture from her own kitchen has blossomed into a beloved culinary haven in the heart of Chicago. Wanake Scheaffer draws inspiration from her rich heritage and family traditions, infusing each dish with love and soulful flavors that evoke cherished memories of home-cooked meals.
